THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don't worry. As much as we try to have as much inventory as possible, it might happen that one of our product is out of stock. Send us an email at support@shopbeaumonde.com and we'll get you one as soon as we can!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please let us within 1 hour of a cancellation, if not you'll have to wait until your product arrive and ship it back to us! We will make sure to respond as soon as possible at support@shopbeaumonde.com.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

Please make sure the email is not in your spam box and that you have waited at least 1 day. If you received nothing, send us an email at support@shopbeaumonde.com and we'll get back to you shortly.

You will receive another confirmation email within 4 to 6 days notifying you that your item has been shipped.

I received different pricing details in my shipment?

This situation may happen if you live outside of the United States/Canada. When shipping to customers outside of the United States/Canada we are often required to include customs costs and/or a shipment invoice in your package. The pricing details vary depending on where you live!
